Welcome to Dream, Draw Create!
This blog features art projects for children. These projects have been used in my classes. My lessons allow children to learn about all the elements and principles of art while striving to introduce them to many genres of art.

Funky Sculpted Forms

This is a lesson I've been planning to try all year. I am so glad that I finally made the time to do it with both my fourth grade students as well as my Middle School students. They all marveled at what they could create with an old clothes hanger and a pair of nylon stockings. The energy in the art room was infectious as their sculptures came to life. What a great feeling for an Art teacher!

  1. I would love to know how to create these...they are amazing! I know my 4th and 5th grade students would love to make sculptures and I've struggled with an inexpensive 3-D project for them. Any help would be great!
